Tour Description
Discover the raw beauty of Corcovado National Park on a full-day guided expedition from Uvita, combining a scenic boat ride with immersive rainforest hiking in one of the most biologically intense places on the planet.
Your journey begins at around 7:00 AM with a boat transfer from Uvita to San Pedrillo Station, a scenic ride of approximately 1.5 hours along Costa Rica’s wild Pacific coastline. Upon arrival, enjoy a light snack before starting your first guided hike along the park’s official trails.
Led by an experienced naturalist guide, you will explore deep rainforest habitats for approximately 2 hours, with opportunities to observe extraordinary wildlife and untouched jungle ecosystems.
After the hike, a picnic-style lunch is served at the ranger station. If time and weather conditions allow, you will continue with a second shorter hike, offering even more chances to experience Corcovado’s incredible biodiversity.
In the early afternoon, the return journey begins by boat back to Uvita, typically departing the park around 2:00 PM depending on sea and weather conditions.
This tour is a perfect choice for travelers who want to experience Corcovado National Park without traveling further south into more remote access points.
