Start your day at 8:00 AM with a certified English-speaking naturalist guide inside Manuel Antonio National Park. Enjoy an easy and informative rainforest walk while spotting sloths, monkeys, iguanas, colorful birds, and lush tropical vegetation all around you. Fresh tropical fruits are included during the experience, and after the guided tour you may choose to stay inside the park to relax or swim at its world-famous beaches.

In the afternoon, return to nature at 5:00 PM for a 2-hour night walk tour. As darkness falls, the rainforest transforms into a completely different world filled with sound and hidden movement. Guided by experienced naturalists, you will walk along safe jungle trails equipped with flashlights, discovering the secrets of the nocturnal ecosystem. Common sightings include frogs, night birds, snakes, spiders, and scorpions. With a bit of luck, you may also encounter nocturnal mammals such as anteaters, raccoons, coatis, deer, opossums, armadillos, or even sloths and ocelots.
